This is a beautiful, yet simple everyday necklace is the perfect gift for your favorite NICU nurse! This makes a wonderful holiday gift, birthday gift or even nursing graduation gift.

*One (1) 3/8" sterling silver disc that have been lightly hammered and hand stamped with the initial of your choice.
*One (1) 3/4" tall sterling silver NICU caduceus charm
*One (1) freshwater pearl drop OR channel set Swarovski crystal oval birthstone
*18" sterling silver chain

Each disc is complimented with a Swarovski channel set birthstone and comes on a beautiful 18" sterling silver chain.

In the "Notes to Tomi's Treasures" box at checkout, please let me know what initial you'd like me to stamp for your new necklace and your preference of the pearl or month of Swarovski crystal accent.

Your new necklace will be beautifully packaged in a gift box all set to give.

The photo is a representation of what will be custom made to order for you. Since I individually hand stamp each piece of jewelry, please expect that there will be some variation with each piece. You'll notice that the lettering isn't always perfectly aligned, but that adds to the unique charm of your jewelry.
