Our jewellery is made to order. Crafting normally takes 3–10 days and includes the preparation of your personal design.

Final Delivery: 1–2 Weeks

Our standard aim is final delivery within 1–2 weeks after payment. This timeframe includes both the 3–10 days of crafting and transportation. Production and shipping periods must not be added to the 1–2-week final delivery aim.

Making and Dispatch

Individual pieces may require modelling, cutting, engraving, setting or finishing. Once ready, the order is prepared for shipment, and order notifications are provided where available.

Important Dates and International Orders

Contact us in advance if you need your order by a particular date. The delivery window is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival day. Customs and courier circumstances may affect international deliveries.
