Our simple classic Grandma Necklace with Birthstones can be hand stamped on the 3/4" disc with any name and personalized with birthstone charms of your choice in Sterling Silver or Yellow gold filled.

To Order:

*Select the number of birthstones you would like from the 1st drop down menu.
*From the second drop down menu select the length and metal color you would like.
*Add your item to cart.
* In the NOTES box type in the birthstones you would like and the name you would like stamped on the necklace.
*Gold Names will be left gold, and silver names will be blackened just like the photos unless you indicate otherwise in the order notes.

*This necklace comes in sterling silver or gold filled. The chain and disc will be both sterling silver or gold filled.

***We can stamp any name, word or phrase you would like on the necklace up to 14 characters, including spaces, in the font shown.

*Please NOTE: We cannot stamp on the back of this necklace as the stamping shows through to the back.
