A beautiful piece with 2 individual layers to be worn together or separate.

On the shorter layer at 17' a delicate bar in concrete gray color with gold specs. Entirely handmade in cold porcelain.

On the longer chain (22') Mama Disk measures 0.75'' and is very simple and clean. We can imprint any word of your choice on the disk (and will adjust the size slightly if needed). A tiny gold heart as an accent

You have the option to add small letter charms to represent the kids. (otherwise the longer layer will carry the "mama" (or any other word) medallion plus the tiny heart as shown.
