Two discs all hand stamped in a spiral and stacked up, one sterling silver 1" disc and a 1 1/8" disc stamped in our lowercase clementine font with the names of your choice. Then a beautiful sterling silver open heart charm dangles in the middle.

It is hung from a lovely 16 or 18" sterling silver rope chain.
