A 18k Gold Plated 5/8" disc is lightly hammered and hand stamped with "grandma" or your special grandmother name. A tiny gold plated over silver heart charm adorns the top of the disc (choice of 2 hearts). A 18k Gold Plated ring holds all of the birthstones of your grandchildren.

This comes with a 16, 18 or 20 inch 18k Gold Plated link chain.

Each birthstone is gold plated Swarovksi crystals and 6mm in diameter.
